Double flap smoke and heat exhaust ventilator with large extraction capacity
Cold bridge-free, thermally insulated smoke ventilator
The innovative twin flap system employed by Kingspan’s Duo Therma product make it ideally suited for buildings which have stringent requirements for air sealing and thermal and/or acoustic insulation, as well as for structures with high moisture levels.
A thermally insulated alternative is also offered, which will minimize the formation of condensation, and the product can also be supplied uninsulated, translucent, and with a single flap instead of two.
Mono flap smoke and heat exhaust ventilator with large extraction capacity
The Kingspan Incendia Flap Ventilator is an EN 12101-2 certified mono flap system and is suitable for the extraction of smoke and heat, daily ventilation and for daylight ingress.
Its large dimensions, a geometric surface of up to 5.1 m2, makes the Incendia ideally suited to the effective extraction of significant quantities of (polluted) hot air and smoke.
In case of fire, the Incendia opens within 60 seconds to an opening angle of 140°, and the mono flap is fully locked in its final position, thus ensuring the maximum extraction of smoke and heat. For daily ventilation the opening angle can be timecontrolled if a motor control is opted for.
The Kingspan Incendia is available in different base types and uninsulated or insulated aluminium or transparent flap. Depending on the size, the ventilator is equipped with one or two pneumatic or electric control(s).
Available in a wide variety of sizes ranging from 800mm x 1000mm to 1700mm x 3000mm (Throat Size of Incendia; Width x Lenght)
